William Bailey began his career in production at Endemol Shine Group in Paris and then at Filmworks Group in Dubai. After developing his expertise as a Product Manager in natural language processing (NLP), he co-founded and became CEO of Bolero Music in 2021, with the aim of democratising investment in music rights using blockchain. 4 years later, with $3M raised and over 1,500 songs listed, Bolero has become the European leader in this field.
